Hi everyone. Been lurking for a while, time to contribute! Or rather, request.
I've been playing with BoxCar for about a month, entering my findings into an Excel spreadsheet. I was wondering if it would be possible to automate this process. Ideally it would output the distance, time, and generation number for each car. That way you could graph it all easily in excel and examine which mutation rates are optimal for solving each track. If someone knows how to get this data from the program as it exists already, let me know!
I suspect the answer lies with downloading the 3.1 version, but my programming skills are not up to par with my desire for MORE DATA!!!
