Time of run included in score.

I've been having a play with this all day and I've found that on a lot of tracks, once you get a population that can successfully navigate to the end of the track, the evolution seems to stop as the fitness factor in each run is always just the maximum score for the track distance.

If 'laptime' was included in the fitness factor then this would give cars on tracks like 'Speedway' more scope for further refining an already successful design.
